Computers, Printing & Copying
All Worcester Public Library locations offer public computer access, free wireless internet, and printing services.
The Main Library only also offers mobile printing via PrinterOn. CLICK HERE to upload your document or files into the print queue. To print from a mobile device, download the mobile printing app for iOS or Android.

Computers for Adults
- The Main Branch offers Express Computers on the 1st floor for 30-minute use, no library card needed.
- Adult Computers are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor and can be used for 60 minutes at a time for an unlimited number of sessions with a valid WPL or CW MARS library card. Log in with your library card number and PIN at the sign up station or directly at the computer of your choice.
- All computers have basic software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader, USB ports for flash/thumb drives, and headphone jacks.
- At the end of your session, our computers will clear out any data or saved documents for your privacy and protection. Please be prepared to save your work to a flash drive or email to yourself!

Specialized computers:
- Career Computers for schoolwork, job searches and other career activities are available on the 2nd floor. A library card or ID is required and sign up takes place at the 2nd floor desk.
- The Adobe Computer on the 2nd floor has the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud programs. Ask at the 2nd floor desk for details or to sign up.
- Genealogy Computers are available on the 3rd floor for people researching family history. Sign up at the 3rd floor reference desk to get an access code.

Computers for Children and Teens
- Teens ages 12-17 can use computers in the teen room on the first floor by logging in with their library card and PIN.
- Children ages 11 and under can use computers in the children's center on the third floor. Computers can be used for 30 minutes at a time. Please see a librarian to use a computer.
Printers, Copiers and Scanning
Note: Our print vending system takes both cash and card however our copying system takes cash only. We cannot always provide change. There is a change machine on the 1st floor, but please bring small bills if possible!
- Black & white and color printing are available on each floor of the Main Library. Black & white printing costs 15 cents per page, and color printing costs 30 cents per page. Print jobs will be held in the queue for 120 minutes or until job is printed.
- Now accepting card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) for printing only at the Main Library’s 1st floor print station.
- Copying is also available on each floor. Black & white copies cost 15 cents per page, and color copies cost 30 cents per page.
- The library's multifunction copiers can also scan documents to a USB drive or directly to an email address at no cost. A flatbed scanner is also available on the 2nd floor.
- Faxing services are available on the first floor in the Newspapers and Magazines area. Faxes cost $1 per page with a maximum limit of 20 pages.
- Adult and Teen Computers can be used for 45 minutes at a time for an unlimited number of sessions with a valid WPL or CW MARS library card.
- Adult and Teen Computers have basic software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader, and USB ports for flash/thumb drives to save personal documents. Please note that computers are self-serve. Introductory computer classes are offered at the Main Library.
- Black and white printing is available for 15 cents per page. Black and white photocopies are also available for 15 cents per page.
- Computers in the children's room are for ages 11 and under. Please see a librarian to use them. Early Literacy computers offering games and educational software for children are also available. No library card is needed.
- Fax services are available by seeing staff at the front desk. Fax cost $1 per page with a maximum limit of 20 pages. Cash or Credit is accepted.
- Computers for all ages can be used for 30 minutes at a time for two sessions. Please see a librarian to use a computer. No library card is needed.
- All computers have basic software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader, and USB ports for flash/thumb drives to save personal documents. Please note that computers are self-serve. Introductory computer classes are offered at the Main Library.
